Wow. I don’t know if Dwayne will ever read this but I would love to just say what an amazing heartfelt book this is. I’ve never been so captivated by a Book before. Originally I looked up Christian books of faith for someone going through suffering or pain. God 100% led me to this book just like you said “He is intentional.” I really needed to read this as it had strengthened my faith. I’m currently going through suffering in my life health wise. It’s been a long journey over the past year and half but God has given me the strength and companionships to help me get through it. Sometimes I doubt why He is letting this happen, I tend to let fear override my mind and it causes a lot of harm. But this book was like God was talking to me. This book was delivered to me today. I picked it up and before I knew it, I had consumed it. Through its pages, I was invited in to share a very personal relationship that spaned 30 years. The author shared the rawness of life, and its tragedies, but left you with hope for tomorrow. The author reminds you, through life, and biblical references, the there is something bigger than one's self. There is something bigger that can usher in healing and hope. I believe in the power of forgiveness and this story of a life transformed brings such hope. In the middle of intense pain, hope can sustain, inspire, and bring healing.
